Returns and refunds
We cannot accept return of an item without proof of purchase.
We will replace any faulty item and pay any postage costs incurred in returning it to us.
We will not be responsible for postage costs incurred in returns and exchanges which are neither faulty nor incorrectly supplied.
Other than faulty items and items supplied in error, returns will only be accepted within 21 days of purchase, and by prior agreement.
We may refuse to accept return of audio/video material, software, sale goods or non-stock items.
