Can you deliver books to anywhere in the world?
Yes we can. The postage and packing charges will be different depending on the delivery location and the speed of service you require.

What are your Postage & Packing charges?
All charges are made in £ (GBP). If you are ordering from overseas using a credit or debit card, your bank may charge you to convert your local currency into £ (GBP).
We do not debit your card until the day your order is packed ready to be sent.
We will despatch your goods as they become available, including books that are Not Yet Published at the time of your order, but you will only be charged postage and package once. If you wish your order to be sent in one package please contact Foyles Customer Services immediately having placed your order.

For promotional reasons we may vary the P+P charges from time to time.
Like most websites, our postage prices are based on averages. If you are ordering a large number of titles and we find that there is a significant difference between the post charge in your order to the actual cost to Foyles we will reduce the cost to our actual cost where we can; alternatively, we will contact you if for some reason there is a much higher cost. We will absorb any reasonable increases without further charge.
Foyles recommends use of the Courier service to all destinations. This is for reliability and security, as well as speed of supply. For non-UK orders with a value exceeding £100 we only offer a courier service as these services are trackable and airmail, whilst normally reliable, cannot be tracked if there is a delay or a lost package.
'Delayed dispatch' by courier is available for customers who wish to use this service but do not want the package to arrive before a certain date.

What happens if the order does not arrive?
In the event of dispatched items being delayed or lost in the post we will offer to replace or refund:
21 days after dispatch if the item was sent 2nd class, UK Royal Mail
14 days after dispatch if the item was sent 1st class, UK Royal Mail
21 days after dispatch if the item was sent Airmail, EU and Europe
21 days after dispatch if the item was sent Airmail, North America
35 days after dispatch if the item was sent Airmail, Rest of the World
What happens if the order arrives damaged?
Please contact the Foyles Customer Services team within 7 days of receipt or collection if you are unhappy with the condition of the goods. On receipt of the goods back within 30 days of the sale date we will refund or re-supply as you prefer. Please include information on the cost of the return so that we can reimburse you for this as well as your original charge.
